Violin hanging in front of a neon Violington sign

Weddings

I perform at civil and symbolic ceremonies — in a château garden, a vineyard, on a terrace or by the sea. My repertoire of modern pop and film music is made for exactly these moments. Church ceremonies follow their own liturgical music traditions, so they are not something I offer.

Absolutely. I can accompany any part of your day: guest arrival, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, lunch or dinner, your first dance and the evening party. Choose one moment or the whole day, and I will tailor the performance around your timeline.

Choose the sound that suits your day: solo on classical or electric violin, violin with piano, the Cimbalom Social Club for a unique blend of tenderness and energy, or the Violington Quartet for an elegant, classical atmosphere. The pianist brings his own digital piano, so no instrument is needed at the venue.

Of course. You can choose freely from my wedding playlist of 160+ pieces. On top of that, you can request up to five songs outside the playlist for your wedding — included in the price. If a piece can be performed beautifully on the violin, I will gladly arrange it for you. Please send your requests at least two weeks before the wedding.

I read the moment: the atmosphere, the venue, the guests and the energy in the room. Every choice is made with care, so the music always fits what is happening. If there are songs you would love to hear during the day, just let me know and I will add them to your personal wedding playlist.

Yes, with pleasure. I regularly perform alongside DJs and bands, and live violin over a DJ set is one of the highlights of any wedding party. I coordinate the details with them in advance so everything flows seamlessly.

Yes, and it is always included in the price. I bring my own professional sound system and lighting. My equipment is fully wireless, so I can walk among your guests while playing. Smaller weddings and ceremonies need no electricity at all, because everything runs on batteries.

If it is dry and I play only the ceremony, I need no cover at all. In case of rain, I need a sheltered spot, as the violin is a sensitive instrument. I can bring my own tent, or the venue or organiser can provide cover. We will agree on a backup plan in advance, so nothing is left to chance.

Of course. Tell me your colour palette or dress code and I will match my outfit to your wedding, from a classic black suit to a light summer look in your wedding colours.

I am based in the heart of Europe, and the sky is the limit. I regularly play in Prague, Brno and the romantic South Moravian venues of Mikulov, Valtice and Lednice, as well as in Vienna, across Austria and Slovakia, in Italy, including Florence, and in France. I also travel to destination weddings further afield — from New York to Bali and Thailand. Wherever you say “yes”, I will be there.

Just a quiet backstage space to prepare and rest between performances, and a meal during the day. Everything else is on me.

Gladly. I work with many excellent professionals — DJs, bands, florists, wedding planners, photographers, videographers and jewellers — and I am happy to recommend people I trust.

Every wedding is different, so every offer is tailored to your date, venue, the length of the performance and the line-up. Sound, lighting and up to five song requests are always included. Send me your details and you will receive a personal quote within 24 hours.

Ideally 6–12 months before your wedding. Summer and autumn Saturdays are often reserved more than a year ahead, so once you have your date, it is worth getting in touch.

Corporate events

In any way your event needs: elegant background music for the welcome drink or cocktail hour, a concert set of around an hour on the main stage, short high-impact performances throughout the evening, or a walking performance among your guests.

Solo on classical or electric violin, violin with piano, the Cimbalom Social Club, or the Violington Quartet. The pianist brings his own digital piano, so no instrument is needed at the venue.

Yes. I build the performance around your run-of-show, dress code and brand — including a signature song, a campaign theme or a special moment such as an award announcement or a product reveal.

Minimal. I bring my own professional sound system and lighting, included in the price. My equipment is fully wireless, so I can move freely through the venue and among your guests. On larger stages I can connect to your production’s PA. You can download my technical rider below.

Of course. I coordinate with your production team, DJ, band or host in advance so the performance fits seamlessly into your programme.

Every booking comes with a contract and an invoice. I am not a VAT payer, so invoices are issued without VAT. I can invoice in CZK, EUR, USD or CHF.

Ideally 3–12 months ahead, depending on the event and the season. Christmas parties and large galas are often booked close to a year in advance. For shorter notice, just ask — I will always try to find a solution.

Every offer is tailored to your event — the date, location, duration and line-up. Sound and lighting are always included. You will receive a personal quote within 24 hours.

Concerts

Concerts in four line-ups: solo on classical or electric violin, violin with piano, the Cimbalom Social Club and the Violington Quartet. Each line-up offers its own themed concert programmes.

Yes. Length, repertoire and line-up can all be adapted, from a festival stage to an intimate hall or a private celebration.

A stage or dedicated performance space, a dressing room, parking and time for a sound check — the details are always agreed individually. I bring my own sound system, so the concert can take place even in venues without a PA.

Send me your date, venue and your idea of the programme. I will reply within 24 hours with suitable programmes and a tailored offer. Every booking is confirmed by a contract and a 50% deposit.
